This was another tasty one, it is always a particular pleasure to work with artisans and masters of a craft. Here they have mastered a technique that matures pizza dough making it tasty and truly unique. The brief was to produce a movie that showed this technique but also how fresh ingredients and original Italian tradition is infused in their unique dough.
